She’s not a hypocrite, bad person or incapable politition simply for making the best choice for her child. As far as I’m concered the press can take their story and burn it, it’s not worth the paper it’s printed on.

Shut up and print something that isn’t sensationalist, opinionated trash!

Oh, and while I’m “press bashing”… leave Kate Middleton alone already you disrespectful, idiotic morons!

I hope everyone had a great holiday and a good start to the year. It’s
been a while, so here’s a quick “update”

2007 was welcomed in style, a fabulous night in Nottingham followed by a
slow 1st Jan mooching around in the city centre. Thanks all for a
fantastic celebration, particularly Mark and Mike for putting the effort
in and getting it organised! Even the drive home wasn’t too bad, despite
being so zombified at the end that I was doing well to remember my own
name! A cup of tea and some Monty Python soon sorted that little problem
out tho

Sadly, returning to work on the 2nd proved more painful than
anticipated, and it has to be said the weeks not got any better. In
fact, if anything it’s just gone downhill *sigh*. Nothing like a swift
review of where you are, combined with a glance forward at the deadlines
that are now 2 weeks closer than they were before you left (funny that)
to raise workrate and stress levels together at alarming rates!

Fortunately, tonight I’m off to the climbing wall to “de-stress” by
taking it all out on my limbs and fingers. Should be great!

Exercise vs. Stress - Now there’s something interesting. Personally I
swear by a bit of exercise (a run, climb, trip to the gym) to relieve
stress. I definitely notice the difference when I’m less active anyway!
I wonder if there’s a medically sound reason for it, or if I’m merely
flying another flag that simply says “Exercise is good for you”?

Anyway, back to work I guess. Happy New Year everyone! I look forward to
more good times
